SURFERS for Autism is back - where more children are expected to be out riding the waves at Nobbys Beach.
Hosted by Hunter Connect, the day aims to provide children with Asperger's, ADHD and other developmental disorders a chance to spend time at the beach and learn to surf in a safe environment.
Many volunteers and qualified surf instructors will participate to make the day a fun and new adventure for the children involved.
Lunch will be provided and there are activities such as face painting and beach games for the whole family.
Surfers for Autism kicks off this Saturday, January 19, at Nobbys Beach from 8am.
