WHAT could be more Australian than a barbecue and a game of cricket on Australia Day?
The Lions Club of Valentine is extending an invitation to all residents to come to Allambee Park, Valentine, to celebrate all things Australian this Saturday.
Festivities will start from 9am, with the raising of the Australian flag, followed by the national anthem.
An Aussie breakfast barbecue will follow, then a game of Twenty20 cricket.
All this will be to rousing Australiana music with Mike from Discobeat.
The cost is a gold coin donation.
