AN application to have Lake Macquarie councillor Rosmairi Okeno removed from her office was thrown out by the Administrative Decisions Tribunal last week.
Back to Basics Coalition leader Jim Sullivan applied to have her removed, claiming she was ineligible to run because she held the position of town centre co-ordinator for Morisset.
However, the tribunal found she was not employed by the council, and held the position at an arm's length from the council.
