LAKE Macquarie City Council's December review has revealed that it was "on track" with 92 per cent of its 166 progress indicators.
Its biggest downfalls were in the areas of sport, recreation and culture.
Notably, the relocation of Cardiff library to a shopfront in Cardiff has been pushed back from May to July.
Staff also fell short in the customer service department and answering their incoming calls target. Staff failed to answer 80 per cent of all incoming phone calls within 30 seconds.
