REDEVELOPMENT plans for two Newcastle CBD car parks have been unveiled.
The new owner of the car parks wants to spend $17million on the Gibson Street site and add four commercial floors above the existing parking levels.
Plans are also afoot to transform the Bolton Street carpark into a hotel.
