REVITALISATION for the city will be the topic of discussion at the Newcastle – A City For People next Monday evening.
The forum will be led by renowned architect Professor of urban design Jan Gehl and will also hear from Newcastle City Council director future city Judy Jaeger, founder and managing director of Village Well Gilbert Rochecouste, and Heart Foundation NSW of Active Living senior manager Michelle Daley.
The controversial issue of the rail line will be off the agenda; the focus will be on bringing people, life and growth to the city.
