These channels are ABC, NBN, Prime7 and Southern Cross Austereo.
Belmont North will change on Tuesday, December 17, while it will happen on Thursday, December 19, in Warners Bay.
After the frequencies have been changed, residents will need to retune their digital TV, set-top box or digital recorders in order to receive the channels again.
To do this, press the menu button on the remote and follow the prompts.
These frequency changes will free up the broadcasting spectrum so it can be used for new services such as mobile broadband.
For more information on the retune or to register for an email or text message reminder, go to retune.digitalready.gov.au/retune.
Alternatively phone the Digital Ready Information Line on 1800 201 013.
