The 21-year-old, ranked in the top 36 in the world, was in contention for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics when a knee injury prevented her achieving essential places in last month's qualifiers.
To make the world top 24, Davis-Meehan needed top-10 finishes at world cup qualifiers in Colorado and in the finals in Quebec.
Davis-Meehan competes in slopestyle snowboarding.
Despite intensive physiotherapy in the weeks leading up to the penultimate event, Davis-Meehan finished in 26th place with 54.66 points.
