Madison discovered two weeks ago she was successful in her application to a three-week intensive summer program at Steps on Broadway, a prestigious dance studio in New York.
The 16-year-old was one of 30 in the world to be selected.
Madison started dancing at the age of three and has moved around numerous studios in Sydney and Newcastle.
Last week, she was accepted into Elite Dance Coaching at Eleebana.
Madison is also home-schooled through the Brisbane School of Distance Education.
She said this allowed flexibility for her rigorous ballet, contemporary, jazz and acrobatics dance schedule, which demanded 18 hours a week.
Madison will stay in New York from July 7 to 25, where she will be coached in classical ballet, contemporary, hip-hop and theatrical.
It will be her third trip to the city, but the first time she has travelled overseas for dance.
Madison hopes to one day dance professionally in New York.
