EAST ward Lake Macquarie councillor Kay Fraser has been nominated to represent local government on an important committee. She will join the Catherine Hill Bay Community Liaison Committee, formed after a 550-lot residential subdivision was approved for the suburb in 2011. With representatives from various community sectors, the committee's role is to identify issues arising from the subdivision's construction.
