Discussions will centre around cycling's role in transport planning and urban renewal.
The guest speakers include Kevin Webster, network and safety manager, Hunter Roads and Maritime Services; Tim Askew, Newcastle council's city centre program manager; and Bernard Hockings, from the Newcastle Cycleways Movement.
It will be held at the South Leagues Club, Merewether this Wednesday, June 11 at 7pm.
