The weather has affected crowd numbers across the three-day event in recent years, with torrential rain bucketing down on the Friday this year, and the Friday and Saturday of the show in 2013.
Next year Club 2015 and the Corporate Club 500 will be introduced at the show.
Club 2015 tickets will cost $20 for adults and $15 for children and will include entry to the show, a seven-day Genesis gym membership, an Event Cinema movie ticket, and an Intencity two-hour games session.
The Corporate Club 500 offer includes a plaque, 50 corporate membership cards, 50 entry tickets to the show, VIP entry to the showground, 50 event cinema showbags and 50 ride coupons.
Newcastle Show operations manager Dana Pichaloff said the organisation wanted to give families and small businesses value for money.
The new show memberships include perks that can be used up to 12 months after the show.
Ms Pichaloff said the committee had worked to include more modern-day attractions like fashion show, in addition to the show's old-time favourites and a new food and wine exhibition in 2015.
