Duncan, a South Cardiff and Macquarie zone junior, was not part of the NSW Institute of Sport program.
House's highlight was selection in the Northern NSW 15 years football side for the national titles.
But after standout performances for NSW All Schools at the School Sport Australia under-19 titles in Glenwood last month, Duncan and House have earned the trip of a lifetime.
The year 12 students gained selection in Australian schools teams for a three-week tour of the UK from January 18.
The 17-year-olds, who were both part of unbeaten championship-winning NSW teams, will play against English and Scottish combined schools teams as well as club academy sides, including one from English Premier League outfit Cardiff City.
