Cheered on by dozens of fellow athletes and supporters, Team Toluca claimed silver in the boys’ 400-metre freestyle relay, behind Singapore and ahead of New Taipei City.
In the girls’ relay, Singapore finished on top, followed by Bangkok, Thailand and Kaunas, Lithuania in second and third.
Local teams were absent from the podium in individual and team events.
