Forty exhibitors entered 205 products in 34 classes.
The categories included white bread, wholemeal bread, grain bread, fruit bread, gourmet bread, pie and pastry, and cake.
Hunter TAFE teacher Dean Tilden said entrants were judged across a range of criteria, including volume, general appearance, aroma and flavour.
