In a wonderful contest with many matches played at Howe Park, Lake Macquarie Tennis Centre prevailed 37 sets to 34.
Led brilliantly by Sarah Jenkins and Sarah Guy, all players contributed in both the singles and doubles contests.
Congratulations to Jenkins and Guy, as well as Mitchell Wilson-Jones, Finn Stewart, Ronack Jain, Lilly Titow, Ben and Nick Pascoe, Izaac Stace, Lilly Kelly, Callail Rowley, Charlotte Fowler, Ava Darby, Alexandra Barre and Shubham Kansal.
These players represented Lake Macquarie wonderfully and are already enthusiastically improving their game for the next challenge.
Lake Macquarie Tennis Centre continues to provide a comprehensive range of competitions for adults and juniors.
Five nights and four days a week there is competition tennis at the centre.
New players are encouraged to sign up with the extensive range of formats catering for all standards.
Congratulations to Graham Ward and Scott Johnson in taking out the centre's popular Wednesday night mixed competition and Wendy Robinson and Jo Cook in winning the latest Thursday ladies competition.
