A man flown from Beaufort to the Royal Melbourne hospital with facial injuries remains in a serious condition.
Beaufort police confirmed the incident that occurred late yesterday afternoon is not being investigated further at this stage. It had not been deemed suspicious.

EARLIER
Emergency services have flown a man with serious facial injuries to the Royal Melbourne Hospital from Beaufort.
Victoria Police confirmed the man was dropped off at a Beaufort health centre with serious facial injuries.
Police said the cause of the injury is yet to be determined.
Ambulance Victoria said the man is in critical condition.
Royal Melbourne Hospital staff confirmed the man arrived between 4.30pm and 5pm, but could not provide a condition update.
