The eight-week program aims to help people overcome depression and anxiety through lifestyle changes.
Organiser David Stojcic said the program can help people learn how to identify depression and its causes, improve their emotional intelligence and enhance their energy levels and mood.
It features information on eating for optimal brain function, how to manage stress without distress and learning to live above loss.
The community program is open to the families and friends of those who are suffering from depression and anxiety or for anyone who would like to achieve peak mental performance.
Other information delivered through the program is around helping to improve brain function and learning to defeat depression and anxiety through right thinking and lifestyle choices.
Two free information sessions about the program will be held at SDA Community Centre in Boolaroo on August 8 between 10am-noon and 7-9pm.
For more information on the program or to register call David Stojcic on 0412 851 310.
