Take the Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility, established in 2014 through a partnership between Northern NSW Football and Lake Macquarie City Council. The $11.3M facility provides a hub for elite training and development in this part of the state.
Other facilities have improved through recent funding, including the Lake Macquarie BMX track at Argenton.
