Today is Junior Ranger Fun Day at Blackbutt’s Richley Reserve and the theme is reptiles.
Turn up between 11am and 1pm to see Richley Reserve come to life with environmental arts and craft, face painting, animal encounters and jumping castles.
This Friday night kids can find out what animals get up when the sun goes down with a guided spotlighting walk through the Belmont Wetlands from 7pm to 9pm.
For children aged six and over and with an adventurous streak is the Awabakal Nature Reserve 3km wildflower and whale walk through the bush and along the coastline. It is on October 7 between 10am and noon from the Dudley entrance.
