Headlining the inaugural Thrashville will be the legendary Australian punk band Cosmic Psychos. Newcastle’s The Australian Beefweek Show is also on the bill.
Sydney’s equally iconic Hard-Ons, including Newcastle drummer Murray Ruse, will also be performing at Thrashville.
The full line-up is: Clowns, Mischling, The Neptune Power Federation, Mucho Sonar, The Australian Beefweek Show, Hownowmer, Jen Buxton, The Slaughterhouse five, Zombonimo, Anamata, Glitoris and Kill Dirty Youth, plus other yet to be announced acts.
Thrashville is on January 21, 2017. Tickets are $55.

FOLK FESTIVAL
THE inaugural Lighthouse Folk Festival will be held in Norah Head on November 19.
The line-up features Paul Kelly and Charlie Owen, Husky, Winterbourne, Ainslie Wills, Elwood Myre and other acts.
The unique musical event will be staged on the headland. It kicks off at 3.30pm. Tickets are $89.25.

EP RELEASE
NEWCASTLE band Hack the Mainframe will release a new EP Trapped Online.
To celebrate the band is throwing a party at the Hamilton Station Hotel on November 18.
The band is asking people to bring their friends and dress in their Christmas best.
Entry is $5 on the door.
