But for those who want to learn a little more about our local history, then Australia Day will also be an opportunity to do just that.
Local historian, Pat Quinn, will provide a guided bus tour around significant local history sites on Australia Day.
Nobody knows Singleton quite like Pat; who is well-known for this work at the at our local museum, and within the Singleton Historical Society.
Tours will leave from the community celebrations on the grassed area between the council car park and the Gym & Swim.
