LOCALS planning to spend Australia Day at The Entrance are advised that some roads and a car park will be closed in the town for the day.

The Marine Parade car park will be closed to the public all day.
The Entrance Road north-bound, at Victoria Avenue and Ocean Parade, will be closed from 5pm to 10pm.
Marine Parade, Beach Street and Coral Street (east of Duffys Lane) will also be closed.
Access will still be available to the multi-storey car park on Duffys Lane.
“Traffic diversions will be in place to allow for a smooth flow of traffic and ensure community safety,” a spokesperson for the council said.
