Stage 9 has sold out entirely and expressions of interest in stages 10 and 11 are high.

“The take-up has been overwhelming,” Signature Gardens General Manager Jo-Anne Dryden said.

“People are thinking about that next step in life. We are finding that with such a high level of interest we can’t build our units quick enough.”

Stage 10 will comprise 14 villas being a mixture of two and three-bedroom designs. 

Construction will commence later this year with prices expected to range from $375,000 to $455,000. 

The first eight stages of the resort have sold out with over 120 residents now calling Signature Gardens home. 

The resort features a magnificent clubhouse building which includes: billiards room, consultation/medical/hairdressing room for visiting practitioners; kitchen/ bar/ dining areas; library/computer/ craft areas; barbecue area; lounge/activities areas; TV/entertainment area; and dance floor.

In addition to the clubhouse, the village currently includes a heated swimming pool, gym and a caravan parking area. Future facilities will include a residents' workshop, bowling green and putting green.

“Construction of a three rink synthetic bowling green is underway,” Jo-Anne said. “We’re hoping they’re ready to roll by Christmas.”

Word of mouth among the over-55 demographic has been a strong seller.

“We’re seeing family members moving in – brothers and sisters, best friends” Jo-Anne said. “They love what we do and the atmosphere we have created within the community.”
