REPEATER IS BACK
AFTER an 18 month break Newcastle duo Repeater are back.
The band took a break after drummer David Tracy had his first child. But they have not been idle. Instead they used the downtime to get into the studio and began to record their material. They have laid down 24 new tracks which will begin to be released from September.
Repeater is a technology heavy band which draws on 90s alternative rock. Their sound features the use of looper pedals which records loops live mastered by guitarist Robert Ryan.
Repeater will be back on stage at the Lass O’Gowrie Hotel, Wickham, with Red City, on July 15.
