Kate Bush fans dance in Newcastle’s King Edward Park | photos, video

THE only thing better than dancing like Kate Bush in a red dress, scores of Novocastrians declared on July 15, is doing it twice.

King Edward Park was a suitably gloomy stand-in for the wiley, windy moors for the Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever, a global dance celebration of the English singer-songwriter’s beloved hit. 

“There were Kates with beards and there were loads of kids as well. There were a couple of people in wheelchairs,” participant Linda Drummond said.
