The show features the works of two resident artists, Bridie Watt and Lyndal Campbell, and a third Sydney-based artist, Peta Morris.
Morris’s work explores the symbiotic relationship between human beings and the natural environment. She uses ink, water colour, pen and pencil.
Campbell’s work draws on subjects from her immediate environment, imagination and memory. The work fuses naive and abstract traditions.
Watt captures the natural world, blended with imagination, in paint and mixed media. The use of luscious colours, lines and patterns are a feature of her work.
Elements opens on September 23, at 1pm, until October 8.
The Gallery is open Thursday to Sunday between midday and 5pm.
The gallery is located at 5A/ 50 Clyde Street, down the drive until you think you are lost and then hang right.
