The under-15s first division team will head overseas in November alongside its Lake Macquarie counterpart, Lakeside Netball Association.

The 10-day annual event will see the two Hunter teams compete against delegates from New Zealand, Thailand, South Africa, Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore.

Newcastle has started raising funds for the trip. The association is holding a Christmas in July Ball at Souths Merewether this Saturday, July 26. Tickets can be bought at stickytickets.com.au/17352.
