Cameron Park IGA Supermarket hits brake

A HEFTY developer contribution fee could cost Cameron Park its only supermarket before it is even built. Lake Macquarie City Council has hit GWH Build with a $474,000 bill to develop a $1.065 million IGA Supermarket on Northlakes Drive. GWH Build said in a letter to the council that the cost would render the development unfeasible.
