Swell East at 0.5 to 1m. Wind light and variable tending East to N/E.
Tides full first up and try Cowrie, Newcastle Beach, South Bar and Dixon. Redhead, Hams and Moonie to the south. Boxy and Birubi up at Port Stephens. Choppy and tide filling for the late surf.
Clean and clear in for a swim. Try to stick to the flagged areas at patrolled beaches. Water temp on 18C.
