Lynn Benn and Paula Morrow have been charged with trespass after they took part in a direct action which saw them allegedly block access to the coal port, north of Bowen, for two hours by sitting on the road.
The women are among about 200 people who have set up camp close to the coal port where they plan to remain throughout the week.
The protesters are committed to “peaceful, non-violent direct action to stop Adani, Frontline Action on Coal said in a statement. Among their ranks are indigenous elders of the Juru people, local business owners, former coal workers and locals.
Ms Benn is due to appear in Bowen Local Court on October 24.
