The Festival has built up a reputation as an ideal place for bluegrass players and enthusiasts to gather. And this year entry is free.
The 2018 festival will be a bumper event featuring top Australian bluegrass acts on the big stage, an opening celebration at the RSL club, stalls and local musicians along the main street Saturday morning, circus performances and even a political activist song writing competition.
The festival kicks off on March 23 at the RSL with an opening concert hosted by headline act The Mid North from Bellingen NSW, and local bluegrass artist Gleny Rae Virus.
Together they will open the festival with an eclectic line up of guest musicians and high energy string band sounds.
