The Click & Collect system is designed to eliminate the time customers spend walking through aisle when shopping.
Instead, people who visits Coles’ website will be able to order their supplies online before driving to the store to collect them – and you don’t even need to walk inside.
Swansea’s shopping location has also implemented a designated parking area where ‘Click and Collect’ customers will be able to stop and wait while their items are brought out to them.
Swansea’s store manager Kathy Annetta praised the new system for its “convenience” for customers, and hopes online shopping will give shoppers an “easy experience”.
“We’re excited to offer a new, more convenient way to shop for Swansea locals,” she said.
“This new service will be handy for anyone that leads a busy lifestyle and those that find it difficult to make the time to go from aisle to aisle for their weekly shop.”
Swansea’s move to accessible shopping comes after recent market insights revealed online consumption is growing a rate of 14 per cent since March 2017.
