A crowd of 500 attended the show that featured Raave Tapes, dave and Milky Thred, with punters lined up around the block prior to opening.
"It all went super smooth and we had no issues at all and we've been in touch with the Cambridge and we hope to have more events there," Y Project co-director Mae Anagnostis said.
The Y Project will also continue booking shows at their initial venue, Adamstown's The Dungeon, and are exploring plans to hold workshops to mentor other people on how to organise their own all-ages gigs.
The Y project began in 2017 and has since hosted many all-ages shows with the proceeds going to charities.
However, they also aim to educate their peers on social justice issues.
