ALL northbound lanes of the M1 Pacific Motorway are now open at Cooranbong after a bushfire.

One northbound lane of the motorway was closed just past Freemans Drive.

Traffic is still heavy so motorists should continue to allow extra travel time.

Northbound motorists are being diverted off the motorway at Mandalong Road.

Southbound lanes are currently open, however smoke is affecting visibility.
