American William Hall not only stars in the Michael Jackson - The Legacy Tour, he directs and produces the show.
Hall said attention to detail was at the heart of his full-scale production show to honour Jackson's legacy.
"We'll never see another Michael", Hall said.
But this lifelong MJ fan is doing his best to fill the gap left behind by the King of Pop's untimely death in 2009.
Hall said he was lucky enough to see Jackson perform in concert many times.
"That was the best schooling for me, to see him live," he said.
That's how Hall came to perfect Jackson's moves, his mannerisms, and his stage performance.
"I wear all the well-known outfits from MJ's hit songs, videos and concerts, and I dress my dancers as well," he said.
The show features replica sets of Jackson's concerts.
And the iconic costumes are faithfully displayed, including the silver sequinned glove.
And, of course, there is the choreography and those signature dance moves, including the moonwalk.
Hall said the idea was to embody the voice, dance moves and persona of Jackson to "take audiences on a visual and musical voyage" through the artistic life of the idolised entertainer.
The two-hour show tracks through the legendary albums Off the Wall, Bad, and Thriller and features a Jackson 5 medley.
So expect hits including Thriller, Billie Jean, Beat It, Black or White, The Way You Make Me Feel and Earth Song, among others.
Hall said his was the only tribute show to be produced and endorsed by previous members of Michael Jackson's crew.
In 2011, Hall performed for Jackson's family, including his mother Katherine.
Hall has performed shows across Europe, Russia, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
His last performance at Belmont 16s was sensational, and the club is expecting plenty of interest in his return performance.
