Crouch, who performed at last year's Lake concert, will be joined by energetic vocalist Michael Montgomery on stage at Belmont 16s on Tuesday, February 11.
"This year's theme is Love to Celebrate, and that's exactly what our Seniors Concert intends to do," Lake Macquarie Mayor Kay Fraser said.
"It will celebrate the enormous contribution of seniors - through their wisdom, their community service, their connection to family and friends and the countless things they do to make our city better."
Crouch began her music career at the Newcastle Conservatorium and has gone on to perform in musicals, jingles, cabaret shows and on cruise liners.
She has toured nationally and internationally with her solo cabaret show and regularly performs her Powerhouse Diva show in Sydney.
Montgomery, whose cabaret show has toured throughout Australia and internationally, is expected to pair well with Crouch when the two perform in Belmont.
Light refreshments will be served from 9.30am. The 2020 concert will begin at 10am and run until noon.
While the concert is free bookings are essential and can be made online at seniorsconcert20.eventbrite.com.au or by phoning (02) 4921 0333.
Belmont 16s is a wheelchair accessible venue.
