Mr Leonard developed the mental health initiative in recent years after experiencing depression and anxiety and seeing how it affected him and those around him.
"I took it upon myself to start actively engaging in the mental health space in the hope of promoting awareness and understanding as well as rid the space of some of the harmful rhetoric," he said.
"Forefront is a social network to give people a platform to share their battles with mental health issues as well as offer support to those suffering."
It includes the "Real Talk" series, a first-hand look into the lives of people with mental health issues.
